Cancellation of the event ticket is generally not possible. We reserve the right to refunds in individual cases
You can resell your event ticket. Since the tickets are name-bound, you must notify us of the sale to another person by email: registration@balticsummerswing.de
We cannot reimburse costs for accommodation, transport and other expenses related to the planned visit to the Baltic Summer Swing Festival

A room booking at the Dock-Inn requires the purchase of a 3-Day Full Event Pass. If no purchase/order has been made within 10 days of successful room booking, the room booking will be cancelled
If payment is not received within 14 days, the event booking may be cancelled
The drink voucher is valid for all beverages at the WAL Beach Bar and Dock Inn (excluding wine bottles, sparkling wine bottles, champagne). The drinks are categorized. There is no exact calculation of drink prices and no cash refund for partial amounts.
The organizer reserves the right to change announced bands or DJ*ane’s. Temporal or spatial shifts can also take place. These will be announced in good time before or during the event.

If possible, test yourself one or more times before and during the event with a Corona rapid test. If the test result is positive, you should refrain from participating in the event. Contact us for a possible refund.
If you feel Covid-19 symptoms, please do a corona rapid test.
Cough and sneeze into the crook of your arm.
Despite all the hygiene rules and precautionary measures, we would like to point out at this point that participation in the event is at your own risk and with complete personal responsibility. Please be aware that there is still a risk of infection.

Du kannst dein Event Ticket weiter verkaufen. Da die Tickets namensgebunden sind, musst du uns den Verkauf an eine andere Person per E-Mail mitteilen: registration@balticsummerswing.de
Kosten für Unterkunft, Transport und andere Ausgaben im Zusammenhang mit dem geplanten Besuch des Baltic Summer Swing Festivals können wir nicht erstatten

Eine Zimmerbuchung beim Dock-Inn verpflichtet zum Kauf eines 3-Day Full Event Pass. Wenn innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach erfolgreicher Zimmerbuchung kein Kauf/Bestellung erfolgt ist, wird die Zimmerbuchung storniert
Wenn die Zahlung nicht innerhalb einer Frist von 14 Tagen eingegangen ist, kann die Eventbuchung storniert werden
Der Getränkegutschein gilt für alle Getränke an der WAL Beach Bar und im Dock Inn (ausgenommen Weinflaschen, Sektflaschen, Champagner). Die Getränke sind in Kategorien eingeteilt. Es gibt keine exakte Abrechnung der Getränkepreise und es erfolgt auch keine Rückerstattung in bar für Teilbeträge.
Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, angekündigte Bands, oder DJ*ane’s zu ändern. Ebenfalls können zeitliche, oder räumliche Verschiebungen stattfinden. Diese werden rechtzeitig vor, oder während des Events angekündigt.

Wenn möglich teste dich ein- oder mehrmals vor und während des Events mit Corona Schnelltest
Wenn du Covid-19 Symptome fühlst, mache bitte unbedingt eine Corona Schnelltest. Bei einem positiven Testergebnis solltest du von der Teilnahme am Event absehen. Kontaktiere uns für eine eventuelle Rückerstattung.

Trotz aller Hygieneregeln und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen möchten wir an dieser Stelle darauf hinweisen, dass die Teilnahme am Event auf eigene Gefahr und in vollständiger Eigenverantwortung erfolgt. Bitte sei dir bewusst, dass das Risiko einer Ansteckung dennoch vorhanden ist.
